The Youth Hoops Varsity Prep Program is a structured 12-week training program designed for players who want to prepare for the speed, discipline, and expectations of middle school and high school basketball.
This is not a camp.
This is a development program for athletes who are serious about improving their fundamentals, confidence, and understanding of the game.
Players train in a focused environment that mirrors the way high school teams practice, with an emphasis on skill development, team concepts, and live play.
Varsity Prep meets twice per week, with optional additional sessions.
Tuesdays — 7:00pm–8:15pm
Thursdays — 7:00pm–8:15pm

Saturday sessions focus on scrimmaging, game situations, and additional repetitions.
Please note that sessions may occasionally run 10–15 minutes longer to allow for additional instruction and repetitions.
Attendance at all sessions is encouraged, but only Tuesday and Thursday are required.

Ball handling, shooting, footwork, offensive moves, defense, inside play
Press, press break, man offense, zone offense, man defense, zone defense, inbounds
Game situations, decision-making, conditioning, playing under pressure
Players train at a pace similar to a high school practice.
