Do you love taking things apart to see how they work? Join our Mechanical Engineering Lab and turn your curiosity into creation! This hands-on course is designed for junior engineers who want to discover the "why" behind the machines we use every day.
Throughout our sessions, students will master Force and Motion by exploring how energy moves objects using springs, rubber bands, and gravity. We will dive deep into Structural Integrity to learn why certain shapes and materials hold up under pressure while constructing bridges, towers, and impact-resistant capsules. Most importantly, every student will practice the professional Engineering Design Process by consistently using the cycle of Imagine → Plan → Create → Test → Improve to solve complex challenges.
In this class, students won't just study engineering—they’ll do it! We will build high-speed rubber-band racers, launch functional catapults, and engineer protective gear for the legendary "Egg Drop" challenge. Our classroom is a collaborative lab where mistakes are celebrated as a necessary part of the learning journey. If you love to build, test, and improve, come help us master the machine!
