In this hands-on class, students get to take charge of the lab as they design experiments, make predictions, and test their ideas through exciting weekly challenges. Students will launch rockets, build a large catapult, and become science detectives, using observation, clues, and evidence to crack a new science mystery each week. Along the way, they'll investigate chemical reactions, forces, electricity, density, energy, and other STEM concepts that explain the science behind everyday life. And when an experiment doesn't go as planned, that's part of the fun, because true Lab Bosses figure out what went wrong and try again. Students will team up, share discoveries, and build the curiosity and confidence to think like real scientists.
