IMPORTANT INFO for Tracie’s Music Together^®

You are responsible for understanding these helpful guidelines!  If you have any questions with our policies, please ask before your first class.

SOCIAL MEDIA/PHOTOS/VIDEO: If you do NOT want to be in our posts, please let us know ASAP. If you are taking videos of your child, please try not to include other children.

TEXT MESSAGES: Please make sure your phone number is accurate on your registration so that you receive our group texts about class cancellations. Please DO NOT opt out of our group texts.

DATES: We sometimes have “no class” dates. These are all listed on our website - under the “details” of your class. Please double check to make sure you know when class is NOT happening.

LISTEN TO MUSIC: Download the "Music Together" app on your phone and use the code from your book to stream the music!

*If you have any trouble with the code or lose your book we need to know by week 2 - otherwise, we will not be able to help.

WHAT TO BRING AND NOT NOT BRING: Please bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket to the outdoor classes to sit on! Please do NOT bring snacks or toys to our INDOOR classes.

REFUNDS: Semester refunds/credits are only available 24 hours after the first scheduled class of a semester. Please alert us the FIRST WEEK OF CLASS if you change your mind! No refunds/credits for any drop-in classes. Thank you for understanding!

MAKEUP CLASSES: If you need to schedule a makeup class, please visit the ‘MAKEUP A CLASS’ link on the website! Makeups do NOT carry over to the following semester. If you have trouble, please email Miss Kelly at [email protected]. Do not TEXT Miss Tracie

for makeups!

GUESTS: Guests, including siblings, are a $25 charge. Please let Miss Tracie know ahead of time to make sure there is room! Adult guests are FREE!

OUTDOOR WEATHER: Alton Classes are rescheduled for rain. We typically reschedule classes for the END of the semester on the same day/time. Gardens Park classes are only canceled if there is lightning/thunder - we are UNDER COVER at this location!

INFANT SIBLINGS: Siblings are free if they are 8 months and younger. Please register them or let us know they will attend. All others get the sibling discount when you register them (Except at The Gardens District Park and the Zen Hippo Classes).
