A Family Service Day for Babies, Toddlers, and Preschoolers
On Monday, January 19th, we’re offering a special Martin Luther King Day community music class centered on singing, dancing, and coming together in the spirit of service and inclusion.
In honor of Dr. King’s legacy, this class will be pay-what-you-can, with all contributions supporting our scholarship fund, helping make classes accessible to families in our community.
Over the past year, many families in the Atlanta area have been significantly impacted by CDC layoffs, and we’ve received a higher number of scholarship applications—and requests for a greater percentage of tuition support—than ever before.
Thanks to the generosity of Music Together of Decatur families and friends, we’ve awarded nearly $4,500 in scholarships, helping families experience the joy, connection, and sense of belonging that music class can bring. Our scholarship fund is now nearly depleted, and we’re hoping to continue offering this support to families who need it.
Please join us, whether or not you’re able to contribute — your presence matters.
