By registering classes with Joyful Hearts Music, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

Registration and Tuition

Your child’s spot is reserved once registration and payment are complete. Because class size is limited and your registration holds a space in the session, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be given for missed classes, illness, travel, withdrawals, or scheduling conflicts.

If Joyful Hearts Music needs to cancel a class due to low enrollment, teacher illness, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a makeup class, replacement class, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Make-Up Classes

We know that little ones get sick and family schedules can be unpredictable. Make-up classes are available for missed classes when space allows and must be used during the current session. Make-up classes do not roll over into future sessions unless otherwise approved.

Illness Policy

To help keep our class community healthy, please stay home if you or your child is experiencing fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious symptoms. We look forward to welcoming you back once everyone is feeling better.

Participation and Supervision

Music Together^® classes are designed for children and their caregivers to participate together. A parent or caregiver must remain with and supervise their child at all times before, during, and after class.

Safety and Facility Use

We want every family to have a safe and enjoyable experience in class. Please help us care for the space by following all studio or facility rules, as well as any guidance shared by your teacher. Parents and caregivers are responsible for their children’s supervision and safety while at the class location.

Liability Waiver

By participating in class, you understand that music and movement activities involve normal physical activity for both children and adults. You voluntarily assume the usual risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless Joyful Hearts Music, its teachers, staff, and hosting facilities from claims for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in class or use of the facility, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

General Policies

Joyful Hearts Music reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule, teacher, location, or format if needed. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
